Product standard

Sale service
1. Keep the contract in good faith, ensure timely delivery and keep in touch with customers at any time.
2. For special or complex products, our factory arranges technicians to train and guide users in product use, troubleshooting, mode adjustment and maintenance.
After-sale service
1. After arrival of the goods at the site, the seller is responsible for appointing technicians to provide technical guidance and installation to the site installers, and to provide technical training and commissioning guidance services to the operators. Whether or not the service needs and the service time required are subject to the requirements of the buyer.
2. The product quality shall be guaranteed in three packages in accordance with the national standards within the quality guarantee period, which shall be 12 months from the date of receipt of the goods.
3. The Seller promises to provide solutions within 2 hours after receiving the Buyer's after-sales service call. If it needs on-site after-sales service, the Seller promises to assign experienced after-sales service personnel to the after-sales service site within 24 hours, and promises to restore the normal operation of the system within 2 hours after arrival at the site.
Order process

2. Receive customer purchase list, provide customer with valve type selection and quotation (price list).
3. Specific agreement: delivery date, special requirements and other matters.

3. If the type and model of the valve are provided by the customer, the customer should correctly explain the meaning and requirements of the model and sign the contract under the condition that both the supplier and the demander understand the same.
